🌞 Receiving the Light

Sun Gazing, Cosolargy & Christ Consciousness — A Gentle Spiritual Practice

Happy Sunday! Beautiful friends in Tucson!

Living in the desert teaches us something quickly:
the Sun is powerful, intelligent, and not to be taken lightly.

Yep. Intelligent. You heard it right. Not metaphorically, literally.

Here in Tucson, light is constant. It reveals everything.
And across time, cultures, and spiritual traditions, humanity has sensed that sunlight is more than heat or brightness — it carries order, meaning, and consciousness.

Today, I want to share a clear, safe, and spiritually grounded understanding of sun gazing, informed by Cosolargy, Christ consciousness, and ancient wisdom — without mysticism that ignores the body, and without science that ignores the soul.

🌞 Sun Gazing as a Spiritual Practice

Cosolargy, Christ Consciousness & Safe Communion with Light

Sun gazing, when practiced correctly, is not about staring at the sun.
It is a spiritual alignment practice—a way of receiving light, synchronizing consciousness, and remembering our divine origin.

This understanding becomes much clearer when we view it through the lens of Cosolargy.

What Is Cosolargy?

Cosolargy teaches that the Sun is not merely a physical object, but a cosmic transmitter of consciousness—a living interface between the material world and divine intelligence.

In this view:

  • The Sun carries ordering intelligence (Logos)

  • Light is information, not just energy

  • Consciousness flows through light into life

The Sun does not replace God.
It expresses God-in-action.

🌅 First, a Clear Definition (This Matters)

Sun gazing does NOT mean looking directly into the sun.

You never stare at the solar disk.

True sun gazing is the practice of gently receiving sunlight by gazing at:

  • the light around the sun

  • the brightness of the sky

  • the horizon at sunrise or sunset

Your eyes remain relaxed at all times.
If there is discomfort, you simply look away.

This is not a practice of force.
It is a practice of receptivity.

What Cosolargy Teaches About the Sun

According to Cosolargy, the Sun is not just a physical star — it is a cosmic transmitter of consciousness and intelligence.

Cosolargy teaches that:

  • Light carries information, not just energy

  • The Sun acts as a bridge between Divine Intelligence and physical life

  • Consciousness moves through light to organize living systems

The Sun is not worshipped.
It is recognized as a medium — a visible interface of cosmic order.

In this view, sunlight helps align:

  • the nervous system

  • biological rhythms

  • and consciousness itself

This alignment is called coherence.

Early mystical Christianity understood Christ not only as a historical figure, but as the Logos — the Divine Intelligence that orders creation.

“In the beginning was the Word (Logos)… and the Word was Light.”

In Cosolargy, this Logos — often called the Cosmic Christ — expresses itself through light.

This does not mean the Sun is Christ as a personality.
It means the Sun expresses Christed intelligence:
order, life, coherence, love, and truth.

Christ consciousness is not something you worship externally.
It is something you resonate with internally.

When light is received gently, the outer Sun mirrors the inner Light.

🌿 Physical Benefits (Brief & Grounded)

When practiced safely (without staring at the sun), natural light exposure can support:

  • circadian rhythm and sleep quality

  • mood and emotional balance

  • nervous system regulation

  • vitamin D production via the skin

These benefits come from being in natural light, not from eye strain.

🌞 The Spiritual Meaning of Sun Gazing

Spiritually, sun gazing is not about seeing more.
It is about remembering more.

It reminds the body and mind of:

  • natural rhythm

  • divine order

  • inner illumination

In Cosolargy, light reorganizes consciousness naturally when we stop resisting it.

This is why authentic traditions emphasize:

  • humility

  • reverence

  • gentleness

Christ did not force awakening.
He invited remembrance.

🌅 A Simple, Safe Light Practice (5–10 Minutes)

You may try this as a daily spiritual ritual:

  1. Go outside shortly after sunrise or near sunset

  2. Gaze softly at the sky or horizon, away from the sun

  3. Keep eyes relaxed and breathing slow

  4. Place a hand on your heart

  5. Silently affirm one of the following:

    • “I receive Divine Light with ease.”

    • “The Christ Light within me awakens.”

    • “I align with truth, clarity, and coherence.”

There is nothing to achieve.
Presence is the transmission.

🛑 Safety (Essential & Non-Negotiable)

  • Never look directly into the sun

  • Never force your eyes

  • Avoid high-noon desert sun

  • Stop immediately if light feels uncomfortable

Respect for light is part of the spiritual practice.

🌞 Side Note: The Sun as Goddess in Japan

In Shinto, Japan’s indigenous spiritual tradition, the Sun is revered as Amaterasu Ōmikami, the Sun Goddess and highest deity.

She represents:

  • light and life

  • truth and order

  • harmony and renewal

Japan even calls itself Nihon (日本)“the origin of the Sun.”
The national flag is a sun disk.

Importantly, Shinto does not dominate the Sun.
It honors it through relationship.

This mirrors Cosolargy and Christ consciousness beautifully.

Shinto wasn’t something we “practiced” — it was simply part of daily life.
When I was a child, my grandparents would gently remind us, “The Sun is watching you,” or tell us to “Apologize to the Sun” if we were acting out.

I don’t think many people say that anymore, and that’s unfortunate.
Those small phrases taught us respect, humility, and the understanding that the Sun is conscious — not just a light in the sky.

I carry those memories with me deeply. 🥰

🕊️ Final Thoughts

Across spiritual teachings, there is a quiet understanding that light carries consciousness.

Through Christ consciousness, I’ve come to see light not as something we chase outside ourselves, but something we remember within.
Through Cosolargy, I’ve learned to see the Sun as a carrier of divine intelligence — gently restoring rhythm, coherence, and awareness.

Sun gazing, when practiced safely and gently, has never felt like effort to me.
It feels like receiving.

Receiving clarity.
Receiving order.
Receiving quiet guidance.

And honestly, I feel so lucky to live here.
This desert — the wide skies, the open horizon, the constant presence of light — reminds me every day to slow down and notice what’s already here. Living in this beautiful place makes it easier to respect the Sun, move with natural rhythm, and live with more presence.

When I soften instead of force, illumination comes naturally.

My hope is that as you meet the light gently,
it reminds you of the Light that has always lived within you too.

Sometimes the light we receive on the outside begins to stir questions on the inside.

If this reflection has opened something for you — curiosity, clarity, or a sense that there’s more ready to be understood — this is the same place where QHHT works best.

A session is simply time and space to listen deeply, beyond the thinking mind, and allow your own higher awareness to speak. Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed. You are guided only as far as you’re ready to go.

If you feel a gentle nudge, trust it.
If not, trust that too.

Either way, you are already exactly where you need to be.
