Happy Sunday!🌿 I hope you guys had a nice Valentine’s day yesterday.

Today I’d like to talk to you about frequency and spiritual healing.

Frequency is having a moment right now — and honestly, I love that. Everything vibrates. Your brain runs on electrical rhythms. Your heart pulses in measurable waves. Your cells communicate through tiny electrical signals. Science already uses frequency in things like ultrasound, PEMF, and nerve stimulation. At the same time, spiritual traditions have always talked about vibration — mantras, chanting, singing bowls, energy fields. Different language… but very similar idea.

When we talk about “frequency healing,” we’re really talking about influencing state. Calming the nervous system. Creating coherence. Restoring rhythm. It’s not about some magic number curing disease. It’s about resonance. When your system shifts from chaos into rhythm, your healing capacity improves. Science measures the signal. Spirituality feels the harmony. And your body responds to both.

It might be a little longer today, but I really wanted to share as much helpful information as possible. I’ll also introduce a few of the products we personally use. Thank you so much for spending part of your Sunday with me — I truly appreciate it

What Is Grounded, What Is Experimental, and Why Discernment Matters

The word frequency has taken on an almost mystical quality.

528 Hz.
Schumann resonance.
Rife frequencies.
PEMF.
Grounding mats.
FLFE.

It sounds as though healing might simply be a matter of dialing in the correct number.

But biology is not a piano.

And healing is not a single note.

Before we romanticize or dismiss frequency-based tools, it’s important to understand what frequency actually is — and how it interacts with the body.

🍀 What Frequency Really Means

In physics, frequency is simply vibration measured over time. It is quantified in Hertz (Hz), or cycles per second.

Sound is frequency.
Brainwaves are frequency.
Electromagnetic fields are frequency.

The concept itself is not mystical — it is foundational science.

The deeper question is:

How does biological tissue respond to vibration and electromagnetic stimulation?

🧠 Brainwave Frequencies: A Legitimate Scientific Map

Your brain operates in measurable electrical rhythms.

Brainwave

Frequency

Associated State

Delta

0.5–4 Hz

Deep sleep

Theta

4–8 Hz

Meditation, creativity

Alpha

8–12 Hz

Relaxed awareness

Beta

12–30 Hz

Alert cognition

Gamma

30–100 Hz

Integration, processing

Notice what this describes:

States — not diseases.

There is no established medical evidence that “7 Hz cures anxiety.”

However, calmer neurological states are associated with reduced stress signaling, improved hormonal balance, and better sleep — all of which support healing.

Frequency influences state.
State influences physiology.

This is the scientifically grounded entry point.

🎵 Sound Therapy & Tuning Forks

I practice using tuning forks regularly. I’ve used them with my husband when he was feeling anxious, and he really loved how calming they were. I also use them before I begin a QHHT session to help my clients settle and connect more deeply with Source. My clients really enjoy it — it gently brings them into a relaxed, meditative state, which helps them go under more easily. I use weighted forks on myself as well. It’s such a beautiful way to relax, reset, and realign your chakras.

Sound-based modalities include:

• Weighted tuning forks applied to muscles and joints
• Biofield-style tuning around the body
• Sound baths (bowls, gongs)
• Vibroacoustic tables

Research supports that sound and rhythm can influence the nervous system and reduce stress markers.

The popular “Solfeggio frequency charts” (396 Hz, 528 Hz, etc.) belong more to spiritual traditions than to clinical medicine. They function symbolically and psychologically rather than as proven medical prescriptions.

Still, rhythm and vibration clearly affect the autonomic nervous system.

And that matters.

🍀 Grounding (Earthing)

We use grounding sheets, and we sleep better and deeper. We feel more relaxed overall. It’s a great investment for our health. I really notice the difference in how calm my body feels at night and how refreshed I wake up in the morning.

Grounding mats electrically connect the body to the Earth.

Some small studies suggest possible support for:

• Sleep quality
• Cortisol regulation
• Inflammatory markers
• Stress reduction

The research is emerging and debated, but the physics — equalizing electrical potential between body and Earth — is measurable.

Whether through direct electrical mechanisms or behavioral effects (slowing down, relaxing), grounding may support regulation.

🪫 PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field)

PEMF devices emit controlled pulsed magnetic fields.

Unlike many wellness tools, certain PEMF devices are FDA-cleared for specific applications such as bone healing and some orthopedic uses.

This is not mystical frequency theory — it is applied electromagnetics.

Other wellness applications (sleep, recovery, mood support) are still being researched.

🌀 Frequency Generators

We have this frequency machine at home, and we honestly sleep better when we use it. It’s nothing fancy or complicated, but it really helps our bodies settle down at night. You can also choose different frequencies depending on what you want to focus on, which I think is really interesting. For us, it’s been a simple and supportive addition to our routine. I definitely recommend trying something like this if you’re curious about frequency tools

We have this machine and we sleep better with it. It’s nothing fancy. There are other frequency you can put in as well. I recommend it!

A frequency generator produces electrical signals at specific Hertz ranges.

In engineering, these devices test and calibrate electronic systems.

In wellness communities, they are used for:

• Meditation support
• Low-frequency pulsing
• Schumann resonance (~7.83 Hz)
• Running preset frequency programs

The physics of signal generation is legitimate.

The claim that specific numbers cure specific diseases is not supported by high-quality clinical consensus.

That distinction is crucial.

💖 FSM (Frequency-Specific Microcurrent)

Frequency-Specific Microcurrent applies very low electrical currents through pads placed on the body.

Often used for:

• Pain management
• Inflammation
• Tissue recovery

There are emerging studies in this area, but it remains outside standard medical treatment protocols for most conditions.

🌀 FLFE (Focused Life-Force Energy)

We tried this service for two weeks during their free trial, and I have to say, we really noticed a difference. Our mood felt lighter, things seemed to flow more easily, and even some really nice events and opportunities showed up during that time. Overall, there was just a sense of calm and positivity in our home.

Of course, life is still life — but something felt different. More aligned. More smooth. We’re honestly thinking about getting a subscription because the experience felt supportive and uplifting. If you’re curious, the two-week free trial is a great way to explore it for yourself and see how it feels.

FLFE differs significantly from hardware-based tools.

It is a subscription-based service claiming to elevate the “consciousness level” of a physical space.

Users report:

• Better sleep
• Reduced stress
• Increased clarity

Research presented is primarily pilot-scale and company-hosted.

This category falls more into consciousness-based wellness than clinical intervention.

👂 A More Intelligent Frequency Perspective

Rather than asking:

“What frequency heals this organ?”

A more sophisticated question is:

“What physiological state does this tool help create?”

🌿 Royal Raymond Rife: A Visionary Who Collided with Power

⚡ Royal Rife & The Evolution of Frequency Technology

In the early 1900s, Royal Raymond Rife was celebrated as a brilliant inventor.

• He developed advanced optical microscopes.
• He explored the idea that specific frequencies could affect microorganisms.
• Doctors and researchers were intrigued by his demonstrations.

He wasn’t fringe.
He was respected.

But the 1930s changed the landscape of medicine.

The American Medical Association was consolidating authority over medical education, licensing, and professional standards. Medicine was becoming centralized and increasingly regulated. Pharmaceutical science was expanding rapidly.

Rife operated independently — outside that institutional structure.

As his frequency-based ideas gained visibility:

• Institutional support weakened.
• Publishing access narrowed.
• Financial backing faded.
• His laboratory was eventually dismantled.
• His specialized microscopes and research materials were reportedly lost.

Without preserved instruments or reproducible documentation, his work could not continue within mainstream scientific systems.

Legal pressures increased as medical device regulations strengthened. His machines were not approved, and professional credibility diminished.

In his later years, Rife struggled deeply.
In 1971, he died from a combination of Valium and alcohol.

Yet his ideas did not disappear.

They evolved.

Today, frequency-inspired technologies include:

• Digital frequency generators
• Systems like Spooky2
• Microcurrent devices (FSM)
• PEMF machines
• Schumann resonance generators
• Grounding systems
• Services like FLFE

The question has shifted from
“Can frequency affect biology?”

To
“How does frequency influence regulation, state, and resilience?”

Rife’s story reminds us:

Innovation and institutional authority do not always align.

But exploration continues.

📳 Modern Frequency Systems: From Alternative Tools to Mainstream Medicine

When people hear the word frequency, they often think it sounds mysterious or “alternative.” But the truth is, frequency technology is already deeply woven into modern medicine.

🌿 Alternative Frequency Systems

We recently got this machine. We are very excited to use it! I’ll post an update once we start using it! 🌿 I’m really curious to see how it feels over time and what kind of changes we notice. I want to take my time exploring the different frequency programs and settings. I’ll share our honest experience after we’ve used it consistently for a while. Stay tuned!

Some wellness communities now use programmable frequency generators inspired by early biofrequency ideas.

⚡ Spooky2

• A computer-based frequency generator
• Users select specific frequency programs
• Frequencies are delivered through contact pads, plasma tubes, or other modules
• Fully digital and highly programmable

Supporters see it as:

• An evolution of early resonance experiments
• More precise than earlier analog systems
• Accessible for home use
• A modern reinterpretation of biofrequency concepts

For more information, go to SPOOKY2

⚡ Frequency in Mainstream Medicine

Here’s where things get interesting.

Frequency itself is not fringe at all.

Modern medicine uses frequency and electromagnetic technology in many accepted ways:

  • TENS units (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) for pain relief

  • PEMF devices (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy) for bone healing and tissue repair

  • MRI machines, which rely on magnetic fields and radio waves

  • Radiofrequency ablation, used in certain medical procedures

These are all frequency-based technologies.

The difference isn’t whether frequency works — it’s how it’s applied, tested, and regulated.

🌿 Final Thoughts

Sometimes I step back and think… everything is vibration.

From the smallest atom to the beating of your heart, from the Earth’s rhythm to the thoughts moving through your mind — it’s all frequency. It’s all movement. It’s all energy.

I truly believe we are born with a divine vibration. A frequency from God. A natural rhythm of love, intelligence, and wholeness already encoded within us.

Life happens. Stress happens. Trauma happens. Noise builds up. And sometimes we forget our original rhythm.

Maybe healing isn’t about adding something new.
Maybe it’s about remembering.

When we slow down, breathe, and reconnect to love instead of fear, our whole system shifts. The body relaxes. The heart softens. Clarity returns.

Frequency may not be a magic cure.
But living aligned with our divine rhythm creates an environment where healing, peace, and compassion become possible.

Maybe it’s not about the numbers.

Maybe it’s about coming home to who we already are.

Again thank you for spending time with me. See you next Sunday.

With love and rhythm,
Tomoko 🌿

If this idea of remembering your original rhythm speaks to you… if you feel like there’s something deeper inside you waiting to be heard… QHHT may be a beautiful next step.

In a QHHT session, we gently quiet the noise of the surface mind and allow your higher self — that wiser, loving frequency within you — to speak. It’s not about me giving you answers. It’s about you reconnecting with your own divine intelligence.

Sometimes all we need is a safe space to tune back in.

If you feel called, I would be honored to hold that space for you. 🌿
